You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

There are 4 subscription plans and features for each plan are revealed in the app only the feature items under each plan can be redeemed under each plan you subscribe to. It is a recurring service, paid monthly or yearly. Subscription fees are billed at the end of each payment period, you agree to the subscription terms and authorize us to charge your payment method periodically using your payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexia Health Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hexia Health Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
